We get calls daily from people out of state that do not have an FFL. Bluegrass Armory can only sell firearms to FFL holders. We cannot sell directly to persons out of state that do not have an FFL. If you do not have an FFL, go to your local firearms dealer and they can order a Viper for you. If you cannot find a local dealer to order you a Viper, let us know and we will help you locate one.
